Adrian Peacock, Managing Director, Private Sector Finance

Adrian is Managing Director in Private Sector Finance, responsible for advanced technology and defence sectors, also taking a leading role in our Equity franchise.  

He has over 25 years of origination and execution experience across the infrastructure, energy and technology sectors, spanning advisory, lending and equity investment. Before joining, Adrian spent over a decade at Dalmore Capital where, as Managing Director, he was instrumental in building an infrastructure equity investment manager from inception to more than £5 billion AUM. Serving a global investor base, he led the acquisition of over 100 equity investments across infrastructure, transport and energy, establishing a deep network across owners, advisors and policymakers. Earlier in his career he held roles at EY and RBS.  
 
Adrian has also been a member of several boards including FTSE-250 scale infrastructure and energy businesses. He holds qualifications from the ICAEW (FCA), CISI (Corporate Finance and Investment Management) and Harvard Business School (Sustainable Investment).
